Job summary

Kwalee in Leamington Spa is seeking a hands-on Lead UA Manager to steer user acquisition across our mobile portfolio. You’ll grow and coach a team of UA Managers, owning campaigns, testing creative, and partnering with analytics to hit ROAS targets.

We prize strong commercial judgment, budget discipline in pounds, and a data-driven approach. The role is onsite five days a week at our Leamington Spa studio, with a vibrant, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Senior UA experience in mobile games with profitable scale across ad networks and social channels.
• Experience leading or mentoring UA Managers.
• Strong grasp of ROAS, payback, LTV, cohort analysis and privacy-first measurement.
• Love of creative testing and knowing what makes an ad win on different channels.
• Great commercial judgement: explain every budget decision in pounds.
• Willing to be hands-on with campaigns, spreadsheets and BI tools.
• Clear, confident communicator who brings people along with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Steer portfolio UA across our games and channels, and allocate spend where it pays back.
• Grow and mentor the UA Managers, granting ownership of their games.
• Unlock profitable scale by identifying winning opportunities and cutting losses.
• Keep targets sharp by collaborating with analytics on ROAS and payback.
• Power the creative engine by partnering with creative and analytics teams.
• Run market tests for new game ideas to spot the winners early.
• Be the UA voice in game teams and translate market insights into growth.
• Build strong partnerships with ad networks and platforms.
