Job summary

Kwalee’s Leamington Spa studio is seeking a hands-on Senior User Acquisition Manager to steer UA across our mobile portfolio, including live hits and new titles. You'll grow a team of UA Managers and own performance from spend to scale.

You’ll collaborate with creative and analytics, set ROAS targets, test ads, and partner with networks to unlock profitable growth. Hybrid/onsite with strong collaboration and opportunities for career progression.

Qualifications

• Senior UA experience in mobile games across ad networks and social channels.
• Experience mentoring UA Managers.
• Strong ROAS, payback, LTV and cohort analysis understanding.
• Love of creative testing and understanding ad win criteria.
• Excellent budget judgment and ability to explain decisions in pounds.
• Hands-on with campaigns, spreadsheets and BI tools.
• Clear, confident communicator who uses evidence.
• Desirable: hybrid-casual or puzzle mobile game experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Steer portfolio UA across our games and channels to maximize ROI.
• Grow and coach the UA team, giving ownership of games.
• Identify profitable growth opportunities and scale quickly.
• Collaborate with analytics to keep ROAS targets sharp.
• Partner with creative and analytics teams to test and scale ads.
• Run market tests for new game ideas to spot winners early.
• Be the UA voice in game teams and influence product decisions.
• Build partnerships with ad networks and platforms.
