Job summary

Kwalee is a leading mobile, PC and console publisher seeking a hands‑on Lead UA Manager to steer user acquisition across a dynamic portfolio of live hits and upcoming titles. You will grow and mentor a team of UA Managers, partner with creative and analytics to optimize campaigns, and drive profitable scale across channels.

You’ll own growth targets, collaborate with product teams, and shape the UA roadmap to maximize ROAS and payback while delivering compelling results for the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Senior UA experience in mobile games with profitable scale across ad networks and social channels.
• Experience leading or mentoring UA Managers.
• Strong grasp of ROAS, payback, LTV and cohort analysis in privacy‑first environments.
• Passion for creative testing and knowing what makes ads win on different channels.
• Excellent commercial judgment: able to justify every budget decision in pounds.
• Willing to be hands-on with campaigns, spreadsheets and BI tools.
• Clear, confident communicator who brings people along with evidence.

Responsibilities

• Steer portfolio UA; set strategy across games and channels and optimize spend.
• Grow and coach the UA team; give ownership of games to team members.
• Unlock profitable scale by identifying growth opportunities and acting quickly.
• Maintain sharp targets by collaborating with analytics on ROAS and LTV.
• Power the creative engine by coordinating with creative and analytics teams.
• Run market tests for new game ideas to spot winners early.
• Serve as the UA voice within game teams and feed market insights to producers.
