Job summary

WSP is seeking a Principal or Associate Tunnelling Engineer to join its Geotechnical and Tunnelling team. You will deliver engineering reports, calculations and drawings for tunnels and shafts, coordinating with a diverse team on landmark projects from feasibility through construction.

The role requires strong project management, client liaison and mentoring capabilities, with opportunities for business development and growth within a global practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in the management and delivery of tunnelling projects with multi-disciplinary design coordination.
• Technical expertise in civil/structural and geotechnical engineering for tunnelling schemes.
• Consultancy experience with strong client and contractor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Produce, check and approve engineering deliverables for tunnels and shafts.
• Lead tunnelling/geotechnical project teams across feasibility to construction.
• Manage project resources and budgets, mentor staff and support business development.
