Job summary

Northern is seeking a Train Presentation Supervisor to lead and motivate teams across multiple depots. You will set standards, support on-site operations, and drive a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring safety and efficiency.

You will manage rotas, drive performance checks, and communicate clearly with colleagues. A full UK driving licence and COSHH awareness are essential. This role is on-site with 35 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication skills with diverse colleagues and customers.
• Comfortable handling difficult conversations and holding people to account in a fair way.
• Decisive, proactive, and able to set clear expectations and priorities.
• Proficient with Excel and other digital tools to track tasks and performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and organise train presentation teams across multiple depots.
• Be a visible on-site presence, check in with teams and ensure standards.
• Manage rotas, site visits, inspections and performance checks.
• Foster continuous improvement and coach teams to take pride in their work.
• Handle absence, performance and behavioural issues with a calm, fair approach.
• Travel between sites to support operations when needed.
