Job summary

You will lead safeguarding, ensure Ofsted standards, manage staff recruitment, supervision and development, budget oversight, and collaborate with stakeholders. This is a full-time post with salary £33,000 to £37,000.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager in a children's home.
• Knowledge of Ofsted Standards and Children’s Homes Regulations 2015.
• Experience in staff recruitment, supervision and development.
• Budget management and change management.
• Ability to lead safeguarding and welfare of residents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the home.
• Ensure high standards of care and safeguarding.
• Lead staff, supervise and develop the team.
• Work to statement of purpose and local authority expectations.
