Job summary
Stannah is a family-owned manufacturing and engineering company renowned for stairlifts, lifts, escalators, and homelifts. The Technical Product Manager will lead safety, compliance, and product development for the lift portfolio across installations nationwide.
You will work with installation teams, OEM partners and industry stakeholders, ensuring regulatory adherence, technical leadership, and robust documentation. This hybrid role is based in Southern England with travel to Andover and London.
Qualifications
- NVQ in Lift Installation or equivalent industry experience.
- CAD qualifications or engineering degree advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of Lift Directives, Machinery Directives and Building Regulations.
- Experience in product safety, compliance and documentation management.
Responsibilities
- Lead safety and compliance across the lift portfolio.
- Manage investigations and corrective actions related to products.
- Maintain technical documentation, testing records and certificates.
- Collaborate with OEMs, installation teams and suppliers on product development.
- Provide technical training and guidance to field teams and customers.
