Job summary

Marmon Lift Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Stairlift Technical Manager to join a well-established stairlift manufacturer in a senior, field-based role. You will act as deputy to the Head of Region, combining technical support, partner training and commercial awareness to raise product knowledge, installation standards and partner confidence across your region.

You will manage a patch from the Midlands to Yorkshire, with occasional travel to other regions, developing people, solving

Qualifications

Experience in technical support and field training.
Ability to coach partner engineers, surveyors and sales teams.
Strong knowledge of stairlifts, mobility equipment or similar.
Proven ability to resolve escalated issues to a satisfactory outcome.
Commercial awareness with the ability to support sales decisions.

Responsibilities

Deliver regional training plans based on partner needs.
Onboard new partners with product training and first-order support.
Coach partner engineers and sales teams to improve knowledge and performance.
Provide field-based technical support and diagnose issues.
Manage complex partner cases to resolution with internal teams.
Support partner reviews and regional sales objectives.
Improve right-first-time survey and installation outcomes with targeted training.
Maintain records of visits, training and actions.
Support rollout of new products and software updates.
