Stannah is a British family-owned company that designs, manufactures and services stairlifts and related equipment. We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide technical assistance during installation and commissioning, ensuring smooth operation for customers and teams.

The role involves travelling to sites across the South of England, providing technical support to Operations, Sales and Installations, and coordinating with internal departments.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience with Stairlift products and models.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical and practical engineering support for Stairlift products
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and help with customer sales and installations
• Create site visit reports
• Assist with site audits and site monitoring
• Good knowledge of Stairlift products and models
