You will oversee fire compartmentation, fire door surveys, and passive fire protection surveys, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and safety practices while supporting business development.

Qualifications

• Experience in a passive fire protection surveying role.
• Hands-on experience installing fire protection systems.
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards.
• Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys.
• Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards.
• Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour.
• Produce high quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing.
• Attend site visits and support client relationships.
• Promote additional services and support business development.
• Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards.
• Investigate non-conformance and maintain accurate records.

What You'll Do

What You'll Bring
