Noble Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor to oversee the full survey process, from initial order to final report, for our Essex-based client. This hands-on role combines surveying with coordination, client engagement and delivering high-quality outputs.

Based at our Brentwood office with UK-wide travel as needed, you will lead surveys of fire compartmentation and passive protection, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service expansion through strong

Qualifications

• Experience in passive fire protection surveying is essential.
• Proven ability to prepare cost estimates and pricing.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and standards.
• ASFP / IFE Level 2 qualification with formal fire door training is required.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys.
• Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour.
• Produce high quality survey reports and data for pricing.
• Attend site visits and support client relationships.
• Promote additional services and support business development.
• Maintain compliance with HS, ISO and industry standards.
• Investigate non-conformances and maintain records.
• Project surveying across the UK as required.

Noble Recruiting is seeking an experienced Lead Passive Fire Protection Surveyor to oversee the full survey process, from initial order to final report. This hands-on role combines surveying with coordination, client engagement, and ensuring high quality outputs for our industry-renowned client based in Essex.

Main office site: Brentwood, Essex

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum DOE + benefits

Full UK driving licence is essential for the position

Key responsibilities:

• Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
• Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards
• Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
• Produce high quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing
• Attend site visits and support client relationships
• Promote additional services and support business development
• Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards
• Investigate non-conformances and maintain accurate records
• Support colleagues and represent the surveying function professionally
• Project Surveying, undertake site visits across the UK nationally if required and provide commercial engagement
• Help to ensure working environments are safe and secure, and that the company remains compliant with all health & safety, COSHH and quality rules and regulations

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in passive fire protection surveying
• Hands-on experience installing fire protection systems (essential)
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards
• Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing
• Business development experience, including advertising and tender submissions
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement
• Minimum ASFP / IFE Level 2 qualification, with formal fire door training from BRE, FDIS, FPA, IFI or equivalent
• Full UK driving licence is essential
