Howells Solutions Limited are working with a market leader in passive fire protection to recruit a Lead Passive Fire Surveyor based in Essex (travel involved). The role focuses on overseeing fire compartmentation, fire door surveys and other passive fire protection surveys while ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a passive fire protection surveying.
• Hands on experience installing fire protection systems.
• Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards.
• Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Minimum ASFP / IFE level 2 or equivalent.
• Ideally 3+ years' experience within the firestopping industry.
• Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach.

Responsabilités

• Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
• Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards
• Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
• Produce high quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing
• Attend site visits and support client relationships
• Promote additional services and support business development
• Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards
• Investigate non-conformance and maintain accurate records
