You will oversee fire compartmentation, fire door surveys, and passive fire protection surveys, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards and safety practices while supporting business development.

Qualifications

Experience in a passive fire protection surveying role.
Hands-on experience installing fire protection systems.
Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and standards.
Proven experience preparing cost estimates and project pricing.

Responsibilities

Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys.
Identify defects against regulations and manufacturer standards.
Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour.
Produce high quality survey reports and prepare data for pricing.
Attend site visits and support client relationships.
Promote additional services and support business development.
Maintain compliance with H&S, ISO and industry standards.
Investigate non-conformance and maintain accurate records.
