ATK Solutions Inc. in the UK is seeking an experienced Fire Surveyor to deliver surveying projects across existing and occupied buildings and support remediation strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Fire Surveyor in existing/occupied buildings
• Background in building surveying, facade inspection, or passive fire protection
• Experience delivering technical fire surveying projects across varied property types

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical fire surveying projects across existing and occupied buildings
• Review construction details, building defects and fire safety compliance issues
• Collaborate with Fire Engineers on complex fire engineering solutions and safety strategies
• Liaise with contractors, developers, housing providers, consultants and clients on remediation and compliance
• Support QA inspections during remediation works and sign-off stages
• Grow into Senior surveying/retrospective fire strategy consultancy if desired

We are currently working with a specialist and highly regarded fire & fire engineering consultancy seeking an experienced Fire Surveyor from a building surveying, surveying, façade inspection, or passive fire protection background.

This position is a Fire Consultant role and offers the opportunity to work on technically challenging fire remediation andfire projects across complex residential, commercial,hotesl, healthcare, and education developments throughout the UK

The Role:

• Deliver technical fire surveying projects across existing and occupied buildings
• Review construction details, building defects, and fire safety compliance issues within complex buildings
• Work alongside Fire Engineers on complex fire engineering solutions and building safety strategies
• Liaise with contractors, developers, housing providers, consultants, and clients regarding remediation solutions and compliance matters
• Support quality assurance inspections during remediation works and sign-off stages
• Opportunity to train and develop into Senior surveying and retrospective fire strategy consultancy if desired
