Job summary

Lifeways in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a confident Team Leader to support a team of dedicated Support Workers within our Supported Living service.

You will partner with the Service Manager, champion person-centred care, maintain high standards of safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. This role includes a 24‑hour rotational on‑call rota and driver essential responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in care or supported living environments.
• Experience supervising care staff and coordinating rotas.
• Strong commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers.
