Job summary

Lifeways Group in Prudhoe is seeking a Team Leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the Supported Living service and supervise a dedicated team of Support Workers to deliver person-centred care that promotes independence and wellbeing.

You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure high standards of care, regulatory compliance and continuous service improvement, including rota planning and safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Essential: NVQ/SVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within social care
• Flexible approach and willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call rota
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Support and supervise the delivery of person-centred services
• Assist with rota planning and timesheet accuracy
• Promote health and safety for both service users and staff
• Ensure safeguarding and wellbeing of all individuals supported
• Continuously develop your own practice and contribute to service improvement
• Provide supervision and guidance to Support Workers
