Job summary

Lifeways Group in Sunderland is seeking a confident Team Leader for its supported living service. This role centers on leading a team, shaping outstanding care, and driving positive outcomes while embedding person-centred care in daily practice.

Based at Church View apartments, you’ll work with the Service Manager to maintain high standards, safety and quality, and participate in a 24-hour on-call rota to ensure continuous support.

Qualifications

• Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Experience leading or supervising in a care or supported living environment.
• Energy, resilience and heart to lead teams.
