Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ / QCF L3 in Health & Social Care.
• Male candidate over 18 due to genuine occupational requirement.
• Experience in care, learning disabilities or autism is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Support Workers.
• Provide high standards of care and support per care plans.
• Encourage community involvement and activities.
• Accurately report, maintain records and follow care plans.
• Liaise with health professionals and families; complete supervisions and audits.
