Dimensions Cymru Limited in Worthing is seeking a Lead Support Worker to guide a team and deliver person‑centred care for five adults with diverse needs. This full‑time role runs 37.5 hours weekly, with sleep‑in duties and a competitive hourly rate of £14.94.

You will lead by example, mentor colleagues, and build strong relationships with families while helping people live fulfilling lives through community activities, daily routines and empowering choices.

Lead Support Worker – Worthing (BN11) Full Time | 37.5 hours per week + Sleep Ins

Join Dimensions as a Lead Support Worker and combine hands‑on support with the opportunity to guide and develop a great team. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, communicates well and is passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives.

In this Worthing home, you’ll support five adults with a range of health and physical support needs. The people we support enjoy getting out and about to concerts, fairgrounds, amusement parks and zoos, as well as eating out, gardening, cooking, sensory activities and games.

You’ll work alongside the Locality Manager and Assistant Locality Manager to provide high‑quality, person‑centred support while coaching and mentoring other Support Workers.

Your role will include:

• Supporting people to build independence, develop skills and achieve personal goals
• Providing support with personal care, medication, meals, shopping and everyday routines
• Encouraging choice, participation and involvement in the local community
• Coaching colleagues, sharing good practice and providing constructive feedback
• Building positive relationships with families, colleagues and wider circles of support
