Job summary

The post holder will supervise teams, support operational and quality governance, and deputise for the therapy manager when required.

The role spans community settings, schools, clinics and virtual services, working with multi‑agency partners to help children achieve therapy goals.

• Operationally manage the clinical delivery of the therapy service for a defined profession and locality.
• Support the therapy manager with operational and quality management of integrated care models.
• Provide team support, supervision and performance management, recruitment, appraisals and communications.
• Deputise for the therapy manager when required.
