Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust seeks a skilled Speech and Language Therapist with line management responsibilities and clinical leadership to lead a dedicated SLT team. You will supervise therapists and support staff, contribute to teaching, and drive service development with evidence-based practice.

Qualifications
- Line management responsibility for team.
- Provide clinical leadership and training to staff in SLT and wider team.
- Contribute to pre and post qualification teaching in SLT.
- Involve in recruitment of SLT or support staff.
- Lead on training and development programmes for staff and partners.
Responsabilités
- Provide in-depth specialist SLT assessments for complex cases.
- Formulate and implement support plans as part of the MDT.
- Evaluate outcomes and inform future practice with measures.
- Lead on service development and strategic clinical leadership.
- Represent the service locally and nationally where appropriate.
- Deliver teaching and supervision to students and junior staff.
- Ensure safeguarding requirements are upheld and maintained.
