Job summary

Sirona care & health is seeking a Professional Lead for Speech and Language Therapy to oversee the Children’s SLT Service across BNSSG, including Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire.

You will guide clinical practices, drive strategic planning, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based services for children and young people within the NHS framework.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a speech and language therapy service or similar healthcare team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and clinical governance.
• Strong communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop the Children's SLT Service across BNSSG.
• Lead and mentor SLT staff to ensure high standards of care.
• Drive strategic planning and service development.
