Job summary

Sirona care and health CIC is seeking a Professional Lead for Speech and Language Therapy to oversee the Children's Speech and Language Therapy Service across BNSSG. Qualifications

• Qualified speech and language therapist with HCPC and RCSLT registrations.
• Experience leading a SLT service or team.
• Proven ability to develop and implement clinical practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of SLT services ensuring evidence-based care.
• Contribute to strategic planning and service development.
• Develop and monitor quality assurance measures for service delivery.
