Job summary

Vintage Inns at Fishers Pond is seeking a Part Time Sous Chef who loves great food and training people, ensuring guests leave with a smile. You will run a section and lead the team in the Head Chef’s absence, while upholding standards and the branded menu.

• Support your Head Chef with food ordering, food preparation and stock control.
• Have mastered the art of working with a branded menu.
• Have confidence in managing Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
