Job summary

Fox & Raven, part of Mitchells & Butlers, is hiring a part-time Sous Chef. You’ll run a section, train your team, and step up in the Head Chef’s absence, delivering great food with passion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sous chef or senior kitchen role.
• Ability to lead and train staff to deliver high quality food.
• Passion for great food and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes.
• Support Head Chef with food ordering, prep and stock control.
• Ensure compliance with health and hygiene standards.
• Uphold branded menu execution and portioning.
• Manage Chefs and wider Kitchen Team in daily operations.
• Oversee that the team adheres to safety regulations.
