Fishers Pond is seeking a part-time Sous Chef to lead a section, train staff, and stand in for the Head Chef when needed. You’ll help with food ordering, preparation, and stock control while ensuring brand standards across a branded menu.

• Oversee that your team conforms to health and hygiene regulations.
