Acorn Pubs’ The Akeman Inn in Aylesbury is closing for refurbishment and relaunch. We’re seeking a driven Sous Chef to own the kitchen ahead of the relaunch and shape our food offer with the Head Chef.

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality at junior sous, sous, or kitchen manager level.
