Job summary

The Tufted Duck in Tring, part of Acorn Pubs, has relaunched after a major refurbishment and is looking for a talented Sous Chef to help shape the kitchen from day one. Joining now means building a new kitchen culture, developing menus and standards, and working in a fresh, modern environment.

Previous catering and hospitality experience at junior sous or kitchen manager level is essential, along with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in catering and hospitality in a restaurant, gastro pub or hotel at junior sous, sous or kitchen manager level is essential.
• You’ll be responsible for running the kitchen, driving the food culture and keeping your team and our customers engaged with exciting new dishes.
