Dorado Lounge, part of Loungers plc, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join the kitchen team. You’ll lead shifts, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish meets high standards. The role offers a pathway for progression within a growing hospitality brand across England and Wales.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef or Chef de Partie
• Passion for fresh ingredients and high standards
• Ability to lead and coach junior staff

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep to final plate
• Support Head Chef and step in during absence
• Set tone for high standards on the pass including hygiene and safety
• Manage prep, par, stock, waste, orders and shift handovers
• Coach and develop the kitchen team to deliver great food every shift
