Loungers is hiring a full-time Sous Chef for Ferro Lounge, a bustling kitchen at a local café bar. You will lead shifts, support the Head Chef, and ensure every dish leaving the pass meets high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie.
• Passion for fresh ingredients and consistent plating.
• Ability to lead shifts and support Head Chef.

Responsibilities

• Lead kitchen shifts to keep service smooth and on spec.
• Support Head Chef and step in during absence.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
• Manage prep, stock, waste and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop team members to improve cooking skills.
