Formación

• Passionate cook with pride in fresh ingredients and consistent plating.
• Reliable and punctual; you show up ready to work.
• Lead by example, maintaining high standards on the pass.
• Own a shift in the Head Chef's absence and manage stock/shift handovers.
• Coaching and developing team members to deliver great food.
• Experience as Sous Chef or in senior kitchen roles (Sous, Junior Sous or Chef de Partie).

Responsabilidades

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence from prep through final plate.
• Support Head Chef and step up in their absence.
• Set high standards for food quality, pace, cleanliness and safety.
• Manage prep, par, stock, waste, orders and handovers.
• Coach and develop peers to improve skills and output.
