Job summary

You will train and lead, plan shifts, and help the team thrive while upholding high standards of safety and quality.

You’ll work closely with management to maintain operational excellence, coach staff, manage line activity, and optimise for gross profit, stock control and labour costs.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a busy line and planning shifts for adequate cover.
• Ability to train, coach and develop kitchen staff while maintaining high standards.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, stock control and gross profit.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to run a vibrant, high‑performing kitchen.
• Lead the kitchen ensuring dishes are fresh, bold and full of flavour.
• Coach and support the team, growing their skills and confidence.
• Drive Kaizen improvements to daily processes and outputs.
