Job summary

wagamama in the United Kingdom is seeking a Sous Chef to support leading the shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring every dish is made to order with fresh ingredients and no shortcuts. You will help run a vibrant, high-performing kitchen and lead with pride.

You’ll train and coach your team, manage line health and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement with a Kaizen mindset to optimise operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing the line and planning shifts.
• Experience in training and developing team members.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen health standards.
