Job summary

wagamama is seeking a sous chef to lead shifts and oversee the kitchen team in a full-time role in the Northampton area. You will ensure all dishes are fresh, bold and made to order with pride, while supporting the management team to run a high-performing kitchen.

You will mentor your team, drive Kaizen improvements, and maintain high standards of food safety and cost control. The role rewards hands-on leadership, team development and a vibrant kitchen culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen team and managing shifts.
• Strong food safety and kitchen standards knowledge.
• Financial awareness: gross profit, stock, labour costs.

Responsibilities
