wagamama is seeking a sous chef for full-time work in a bustling kitchen in the UK. You will support leading shifts and the kitchen team, ensuring every bowl is prepared to order with fresh ingredients and bold flavours.

You will train and develop staff, manage shifts, stock, and costs, while upholding food safety standards and high quality. A strong Kaizen mindset helps drive constant improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen and managing a line.
• Strong food safety standards, GP awareness, stock control.
• Ability to plan shifts and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to run a vibrant, high-performing kitchen.
• Lead the kitchen with pride, ensuring every dish is fresh, bold and flavorful.
