Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as Sous Chef or in a similar senior kitchen role.
• Strong leadership and communication to manage shifts and pass standards.
• Ability to manage prep, stock, waste and shift handovers while keeping quality high.
• Commitment to high standards of hygiene, safety and food handling.

• Lead kitchen shifts with confidence and maintain service flow.
• Support Head Chef and cover in their absence when needed.
• Set tone for high standards on the pass and ensure food quality.
• Take ownership of prep, par, stock control, orders and handovers.
