Trevino Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a full-time Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support the Head Chef, lead the team through service, and ensure every dish leaving the pass is something to be proud of.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as a Sous Chef, Junior Sous Chef, or Chef de Partie is desirable.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent cooking standards with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead kitchen shifts from prep to final plate to ensure on-spec service.
• Support the Head Chef and step in during their absence to maintain smooth operations.
• Set high standards on the pass for quality, pace, cleanliness and safety.
• Own key routines: prep, par, stock control, waste and shift handovers.
• Coach and develop junior staff to build confidence and deliver great food.
