You will lead the kitchen, plan shifts, coach the team, and uphold food safety, stock control, and labour cost awareness, embracing a Kaizen mindset for continual improvements. This full-time role includes biweekly pay, a share of tips, and staff perks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a busy kitchen or team in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to plan shifts and ensure correct cover and staffing levels.
• Strong focus on training, development, and maintaining high standards.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with management to run a high-performing kitchen.
• Lead the kitchen shifts and ensure dishes are fresh, bold and full of flavour.
• Coach and support your team while fostering a sense of pride and belonging.
