You’ll drive quality, safety and cost controls while coaching your team to excel and grow in a high-energy environment. You’ll work closely with management to plan cover, monitor performance, and celebrate team achievements, with a kaizen mindset guiding daily improvements and cascading success through the

Qualifications

• Leading the kitchen shifts and managing the kitchen team to maintain high standards.
• Planning staff shifts to ensure proper cover and smooth service.
• Coaching and supporting the team to grow and perform at their best.
• Ensuring compliance with food safety, health and safety standards.
• Understanding gross profit, stock control and labour costs in a kitchen.
