Job summary

Arrows is seeking an experienced tech leader in the UK to drive delivery across scale-ups and enterprise engagements. You will lead cross-functional teams, own architecture decisions, and ship high-quality web applications with a strong inclination toward full-stack capabilities and microservices on container-based infrastructure.

You will work with AWS or other cloud platforms, contribute to Agile practices, and mentor engineers as client engagements accelerate in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading technical teams, ideally cross functional teams across more than one organisation.
• Confidence shipping and maintaining web applications in a fast-paced, iterative setting.
• Full-stack comfort, even with a stronger lean toward either front or back end.
• Experience building microservices on container based infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, etc.).
• Solid hands-on experience with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong grounding in Agile/Lean ways of working.
