To provide leadership and quality assurance within the Leaving Care Service, ensuring care leavers receive high‑quality, legally compliant, and consistent support. You will monitor and evaluate practice, guide staff, and drive service improvements that positively impact young people’s lives.
Lead the quality assurance and continual improvement of care planning for care leavers.
Conduct audits of casework and pathway plans to ensure compliance with statutory guidance.
Identify areas for improvement and develop strategic response plans.
Mentor and support staff, promoting best practice standards and reflective learning.
Contribute to innovative service improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with partner agencies to ensure cohesive and comprehensive support for care leavers.
Stay updated on research, policies, and best practice within the sector.
