Job summary

MCR Property Group in the Midlands is seeking a Site Manager for a busy refurbishment programme across office-to-residential conversions. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, develop detailed plans, manage budgets, and ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance on site.

You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, report to the Construction Director and maintain strong stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• SMSTS qualification is preferred.
• Proven site management experience on residential refurbishment/high-rise projects.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software and budgeting processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals.
• Oversee subcontractor packages and procurement activities.
• Ensure health and safety on site and regulatory compliance across the project.
