Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking a talented Project Manager to join our Midlands team on active development and refurbishment sites, including office refurbishments and office-to-accommodation transformations. You will develop detailed project plans, set timelines, budgets and resource allocation, and lead a multidisciplinary team through all build stages.

You will manage subcontractor packages, oversee health and safety on site, ensure design information is kept from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 6, drive

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management, engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven Construction Project Manager experience.
• Experience on residential high-rise projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and resource allocation to ensure each scheme is delivered.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals, subcontractors and suppliers through all build stages.
• Manage subcontractor packages and oversee on-site health and safety.
• Ensure design information is managed from RIBA Stage 3 through Stage 6.
• Uphold quality and compliance throughout construction, meeting regulations and internal standards.
• Take ownership of cost control, monitor budgets, identify efficiencies and manage risks.
• Oversee procurement activity, negotiate and manage contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and report to the Construction Director.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and ensure alignment across the project lifecycle.
