Job summary

MCR Property Group in the Midlands seeks a Site Manager to lead refurbishment projects across office spaces, including office to accommodation transformations. A high level of experience with external cladding remediation would be advantageous.

You will develop detailed project plans setting timelines, budgets and resource allocation, lead a multidisciplinary team and ensure quality, compliance and effective information management throughout the build.

Qualifications

• Hands-on site leadership experience on refurbishment projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on construction sites.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of construction professionals, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee health and safety on site and ensure design information is managed from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 6.
• Control costs, monitor budgets and identify efficiencies to keep projects on track.
• Procure, negotiate and manage contracts; report to Construction Director.
