Job summary

Regional Recruitment are seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Midlands based, site-based role. This hands-on position requires a highly organised and proactive individual to lead teams, manage subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

The role involves day-to-day management of site operations, maintaining compliance, and driving quality across all stages of the build, with a focus on delivering projects on schedule and within scope.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification is essential.
• Three-day First Aid qualification required.
• Manager-level CSCS card is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site activities for a four-storey building project.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and materials to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure works align with drawings, specifications and programme timelines.
• Maintain high health and safety standards across site at all times.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and senior management.
• Monitor progress and report on performance.
• Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
• Maintain quality control and site documentation.
