MCR Property Group is seeking a proactive Site Manager for a Midlands-based development and refurbishment site. You will oversee planning, budgeting and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery, leading construction professionals, subcontractors and suppliers through all build stages.

The role emphasizes cost control, health and safety compliance, and clear stakeholder updates. You will report to the Construction Director and coordinate procurement and contract management on active schemes.

Qualifications

• SMSTS desirable and strong site management experience.
• Residential high-rise project experience preferred with technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with construction management software and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
