Job summary

MCR Property Group in Swindon & surrounding areas is seeking a Construction Project Director for major office refurbishment and renovation programmes. This senior, site-focused role offers full ownership of project delivery within a fast-paced development business.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, on-site management, and coordination with subcontractors and consultants to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience at senior project or project director level on office-fit-out schemes.
• Proven ability to lead on large-scale refurbishment projects with tight programmes.
• Strong commercial awareness and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end delivery from pre-construction to completion.
• Lead on-site and with consultants, procurement and subcontract packages.
• Maintain safety, quality, health and safety compliance, and reporting.
• Coordinate design through RIBA Stage 3-6 and ensure buildable solutions.
