Job summary

MCR Property Group is seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee refurbishment projects in the Midlands. You will lead a multidisciplinary team on site, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure high standards of quality and safety from RIBA Stage 3 through to completion.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification is preferred.
• Proven track record as a Construction Site Manager.
• Experience with residential high-rise developments and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans with timelines, budgets and resource allocation.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary construction team on site.
• Manage subcontractor packages, procurement, and contracts to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee health and safety on site and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Report to the Construction Director and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
