Ivy Resource Group is seeking a Site Manager to run a construction site, lead health and safety on site, and coordinate teams and subcontractors. You will ensure RAMS approval, monitor progress, and liaise with clients and design teams.

The role focuses on delivering projects on time, to spec, and within budget while maintaining comprehensive site records and reporting on safety and costs. A strong leadership and organisational skillset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager in construction.
• Strong health and safety leadership on site.
• Ability to plan, monitor and control construction programmes.

Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day running of the construction site.
• Taking overall responsibility for health and safety on site.
• Carrying out site inductions, daily briefings and toolbox talks.
• Approving RAMS and ensuring safe systems of work.
• Monitoring progress against the programme and quality requirements.
• Liaising with client, architect, engineers and designers.
• Maintaining accurate site records and documentation.
