Job summary

Ivy Resource Group are recruiting a Site Manager for a permanent role based in Stroud. You will manage day-to-day site operations on high-end residential and listed building projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards.

Working with project teams, you will coordinate subcontractors, supervise trades, and ensure conservation requirements are respected throughout the works. A hands-on, proactive approach and strong safety focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven site manager experience on high-end residential and listed buildings.
• Strong knowledge of finishes, traditional methods and bespoke detailing.
• Experience working with conservation requirements and sensitive restoration.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations on high-end residential/listed projects, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and site personnel to maintain programme.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects and clients to deliver requirements.
• Maintain site records, inspections, RAMS and progress updates.
• Oversee snagging, defects and handover activities to high standards.
